Mr. Jimmy Kibati - Managing Director

Jimmy Kibati joined Z Boskovic Air Charters as the Managing Director/CEO in June 2021

He is well-grounded in the international travel industry (airport and airline) and has held various executive positons with Kenya Airports Authority as the General Manager Business Development and Marketing, the Ag. Commercial Director in Kenya Airways, the Chief Commercial Officer in Virgin Nigeria and the General Manager /Managing Director of Fastjet Airlines, East Africa (fastjet Tanzania and fastjet Kenya), the Chair-man of the Tanzania Air Operator Association (TAOA) amongst other senior positionings in these organizations.

His career in aviation spans over 28 years and has vast experience in driving the aviation eco-system and commercial development, establishment of hub operations and growth strategy, managing airline & air-port partnership portfolios, trade partnerships, government & regulatory relationships, strategy and busi-ness development, commercial management, operational and safety oversight and general administrative oversight.

Jimmy is passionate about the travel industry, people, customer service, hospitality and good corporate governance and believes the calling of “Boskies” is to connect all our clients to the communities around us.

Mr. Gladstone Rogtan - Accountable Manager (AMO)

Gladstone is one of our longest serving team members, having worked with Z.Boskovic Air Charters Ltd for over 40 years. He was educated in Nairobi, before training for his Aircraft Engineers license in Scotland.

In 1977 he returned to Kenya and joined Z.Boskovic Air Charters Ltd, before travelling to the USA to study for his A & P certificate in 1981. On his return, his international training and professional dedication saw him rise to the position of Head of Base Maintenance and Accountable Manager (AMO).
